1. Data collection and processing

We collect the minimum data needed for the analytics tools: account data, security-related technical information and payment events through certified Stripe. Ingests.online does not store bank card data.

2. Use of data

Personal data is used only to provide Ingests.online services: dashboard operation, credit accounting, transaction processing and support. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing organizations.

3. Media processing and short-term storage

Media files are processed in transit to extract audio and run AI transcription. Temporary audio/video files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after analysis completes. Data transfer is protected with SSL/TLS.

4. Cookies

We use necessary session and technical cookies for authorization, interface language and correct operation of the analytics dashboard.

5. User rights

You may request export of personal data, withdraw processing consent and request account deletion with transcript history. Requests are handled automatically or through support within 48 hours.
