How do credits work?
Ingests.online uses a single currency: credits. Link ingest is free, and 1 minute of AI transcription costs 1 credit.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes basic processing and a limited monthly balance. Pro unlocks higher quality, batch ingest, a larger credit limit and priority support.
How does the AI assistant work?
After transcription, you can ask questions about the material, request summaries, key points or timestamps.
Where can I export data?
Transcripts, timestamps and analysis reports can be saved to Notion; Pro users also get Google Drive, Telegram or Webhook export.
What should I do if ingest fails?
Check that the material is public and available. If the error repeats, contact us on Telegram or email with the link.
Where are files stored?
Media files are processed on the fly and automatically deleted within 24 hours after analysis completes.
