By using Ingests.online, you agree to follow these Terms. If you disagree with any section, stop using the service. By starting work, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and process the submitted data.

2. Service description

Ingests.online provides cloud tools for technical processing and analysis of media content. The service extracts information, automatically transcribes speech to text and runs AI analysis on materials available to the user.

3. Intellectual property and user responsibility

You confirm that you have the required rights, licenses or permissions to process the content, or that your use falls under Fair Use. Ingests.online does not moderate content and is not responsible for user copyright violations.

4. Credits and quotas

Tool usage is limited by your credit balance. Link ingest is free, and 1 minute of AI transcription equals 1 credit. Attempts to scrape the service or bypass limits may result in account suspension.

5. Paid services and refunds

Pro subscriptions provide extended quotas and features monthly. Refunds are available only for confirmed critical technical failures within 14 days of purchase.

6. Liability limitation and DMCA

The service is provided as is. Ingests.online follows DMCA and international law. Rights holders can contact support to remove relevant data from temporary storage.
